Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of medical and sterile products:

  • Opened, used, or sterile items may not be returned

  • Returns may require prior authorization

Please contact us before returning any product. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
