Returns & Refund Policy

At Marian Medical Home Care, we are committed to providing high-quality medical supplies while prioritizing patient safety and hygiene. Due to the nature of medical products, please review the policy below carefully.

Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original, undamaged packaging

  • Products must not have been used in patient care

  • Authorization is required before returning any item

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used medical products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used medical supplies

  • Products removed from sterile packaging

  • Items used in patient care

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to shipping.

Exchanges

We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect if reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the issue is due to our error, we will cover replacement shipping costs

  • Exchanges require prior approval

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Authorization Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at cs@marianmedicalonline.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
