Due to FDA and hygiene considerations, returns are limited to unused and unopened items only.
At Marian Medical Home Care, we strive to provide high-quality medical supplies and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of medical and hygiene-sensitive products, please review our return policy carefully.
Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
For patient safety, we cannot accept returns on:

Products removed from sterile packaging

Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.

Refunds
