Return & Exchange Policy

Due to FDA and hygiene considerations, returns are limited to unused and unopened items only.

 

At Marian Medical Home Care, we strive to provide high-quality medical supplies and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of medical and hygiene-sensitive products, please review our return policy carefully.


Returns

  • Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

For patient safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened medical supplies

  • Used items

  • Products removed from sterile packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

  • We are happy to exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the issue is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate


Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
